During the program, trainees learn the skills and knowledge necessary to become qualified professionals in their chosen field, which can range from traditional crafts and trades to high-tech industries such as IT and engineering. The training is highly structured and standardized, with strict requirements for both the curriculum and the qualifications of the trainers.
Students or now called Azubi in German are paid monthly during the 3 years duration with allowance ranging from €950 to €1200.

There will two state exams during the 3 years program. Pass the final exam and you will receive a certificate equivalent to Advanced Diploma. You can use that to apply for jobs in Europe or further your studies in German Universities (University of Applied Science)
